Cancelled flight as part of a package holiday

Just an update that easyjet have now agreed to refund our flights. I think the issue was that the receipt didn't have all the passenger names on but just said adult or child - I only got a warning pop up about that when I resubmitted. As you can only add 1 document per expense I added a 1p claim to which I added the e ticket which did have our names but not the price ( and deducted 1p off the other expense). Both linked by the booking ref.  Haven't heard anything from On the Beach at all.
