Loveholidays problems

Can anyone help? Booked a holiday through loveholidays, private transfer from chania to our resort was given wrong flight info so we had to get a taxi. Got to the hotel to find our room wasn’t available for another 2 days so we were given another room which was far less cost. Also loveholidays couldn’t give us original flights and said they would pay for the change but we’ve ended up paying the extra £200 (I should have seen this prior to going but hectic time).
So far I’ve made 2 phone calls (from resort) and four emails and I’m getting nowhere. What should I do now?

I would be surprised for LH to absorb the extra £200 however.

What should I do now?" >>> They won't have LH reps in resort but if you look at your accommodation voucher it should indicate who the room was booked with and a point of contact. Ditto with the transfers. Use those points of contact to sort your transfer out and also the hotel room issue if you are unable to resolve with front desk. From the LH website it would also suggest that you may have a point of contact for them on your travel documents. Is it that number you have been using?

I would suggest you prioritise what needs sorting out now and what can wait till you get back. Make sure you’ve got the right room, make sure your transfer is correct, then argue the toss about who pays for what when you get home rather than spoiling your holiday trying to get answers.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
