O/S Daily Thursday 25 August 2022

Evening all, it's now 20.40 on Thursday. I'm having a great time, my joy is watching three generations coming together having fun. My SIL has 10 acres of land - banana and mango trees as well as other exotic fruits, so the two younger groups are whizzing around on quads or mini motorcycles and enjoying everything. I sit back to take my pleasure in theirs.  Three of the youngest great nieces and nephew began using a stick to copy me and my walking stick 😂😂, the ground is very uneven so I'm being careful. It was so funny. 

Now off to bed. I've read up and then forgotten everything, sorry.

Afternoon everyone
I had to go to the dental lab at Newcastle this morning as my new denture was rubbing and had made my mouth really sore. It was a bit of a faff and an expensive train ride but he sorted the problem in about 2 minutes and it's feeling a lot better already.
Excellent news for little one - her sleep study last night showed a lot of progress - she didn't stop breathing at all - so she can try sleeping without being on oxygen. It's going to feel so good for her - no tubes from a milk machine or oxygen pump.
They're home from hospital now and will be up later.
Gers - it sounds so lovely where you are - a completely different world.

Going to pull some weeds out of the paving stones at the front before my helper arrives!
