    Welcome!

What do you need to know that's not already covered in the NEWBIES FAQS thread where PLAN A is explained (landowner complaint as the first step) and a template appeal is provided?

Nowhere do we tell people to pay!

Of course you don't pay £60 for 2 minutes at a trap of a site with a hidden camera, and where the signs are shrouded in darkness and no consideration period has been allowed.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above, but I will give you one clue

    "No parking at any time"

Is a forbidding sign - search the forum for that, sort by most recent first

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”

Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.
Please then tell us here that you have done so.

Also.  Have a play on Google Street View,  then tell us if you think they've put the correct address on that.  Because I don't think that entrance abuts the high street at all.

That's all good - as long as you didn't move house in the meantime (since 2022) and failed to tell them to erase the old address data.

Depends how long you purchase for the redirect.  They have six years to start a claim!
