    I looked at all the emails sent to me when I last negotiated. No mention of the final date - only start date and length of deal in two separate emails.

    I looked at all the emails sent to me when I last negotiated. No mention of the final date - only start date and length of deal in two separate emails.
    Don't those two pieces of information enable you to record the end date in your diary (with a reminder if the diary is electronic)?

    In any event looking at MySky tells me when my basic package and also the sports add on end

    Yes - I've got it diarised ,so no problem at my end- but the point of the MSE article is that OFCOM believe that Sky are obliged to inform customers of end date and Sky are fighting it.

    You are correct - very rarely go on the MySky pages ,but looking today I see there is a pop up on my packages showing the "in contract until" date. This must be a relatively new addition - however, presumably OFCOM think that this is insufficient..
