I looked at all the emails sent to me when I last negotiated. No mention of the final date - only start date and length of deal in two separate emails.mobileron said:Surely its on the contract that sky send you?0 -
Don't those two pieces of information enable you to record the end date in your diary (with a reminder if the diary is electronic)?brewerdave said:I looked at all the emails sent to me when I last negotiated. No mention of the final date - only start date and length of deal in two separate emails.
In any event looking at MySky tells me when my basic package and also the sports add on end0 -
Yes - I've got it diarised ,so no problem at my end- but the point of the MSE article is that OFCOM believe that Sky are obliged to inform customers of end date and Sky are fighting it.giraffe69 said:

But my point was that they do. It's on MySky on the account page.1

You are correct - very rarely go on the MySky pages ,but looking today I see there is a pop up on my packages showing the "in contract until" date. This must be a relatively new addition - however, presumably OFCOM think that this is insufficient..giraffe69 said:But my point was that they do. It's on MySky on the account page.0
