New Cash Isa

Hi. In April, transferred my existing Cash Isa, to new scheme. Have not added any new fund’s into new Isa, as higher interest rates now available with other providers. Am I allowed to deposit new cash of 20k, into higher Isa or is that not allowed, as already transferred last year’s fund in April ?

Transfers of prior year money don't affect what you can do with the current year's allowance, so if you haven't paid any new money into any ISAs during this tax year then you're free to do so with any provider you choose....
