  • Yes, I used that email. As well as info@europarkingservices.com enforcement@europarkingservices.com. I also tried their chat but it's automated and each 'lead' takes me to 'sorry we cannot discuss it with you' without any option to send a message or write with a real person.

When asked by their 'chat bot' What is your query related to? choose It's something else.

    You then get asked...

I didn't progress beyond that, but it looks hopeful.
  • You haven't sent it to Euro Car Parks have you?

    Dear All,

Today we received Before Claim Court, can I just please check if I ignore it or submit SAR and written response?
"What is that?  There is no such letter."

Thank you. Sorry, must be my typo. Should read Before Court Action.
No, that is still not the full title of any letter.

Please see the atatched. That's what they sent.

Tried that before I bothered you guys as I didn't want to look extra stupid. It's a scam (they pretend you can contact them but you can't and it all elads to nowhere).  I can only select PCN or Sales query. PCN leads to "sorry we cannot deal with you about this" type of message and sales option leads to below.

I can either try calling them or sending signed for?

Never, ever 'phone a PPC or any of their agents.
0845 is a prohibited premium rate number.

It would help if you could post a copy of the letter, you have received but with just your personal details redacted (name, address, PCN number, VRM).

    Hi Everyone,

I am sorry, I need your wise advise again, of possible.

Today, I received the following text:
Due: £160.00 Further to our letter we are here to work with you. Please visit !!!!!!/ or call 01565 755088. Quote Ref: XYZ

I've searched other threads and emailed Gladstone that I have not received any letter from them and therefore I require them to send me one explaining what their claim is in relation to.

I haven't received any letter from them, just the above-mentioned "(be)fore Court Action" from the EPS.

Am I doing the right things?

A text from Gladstones cannot deliver anything of concern, it's just a debt collection communication. It can be ignored. If you receive a formal Letter Of/Before Claim from Gladstones giving you 30 days to respond, come back on this thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thank you for your response.

So today I received Letter Before Claim. I note Coupon-mad above said to do nothing until court claim.

Is there nothing I should be doing now?
