As has been said, this needs  to be taken up with the supplier of the goods rather than with Evri.  As the drivers are all self-employed they get paid on the number of packages delivered, so not delivering to one address isn't going to hit them in the pocket as they just deliver another package to somebody else.  No help to the OP but stating the facts.

Evri  really are a bunch of cowboys, here is a parcel I'm still waiting for, they haven't even attempted delivery.

OP how about coming to an arrangement with a near-by neighbor you get along with, and use their address as and when you order something to be delivered by Evri or when you don't know which courior it will be.

Wish I hadn't posted on here now, and I never will again. They refused to give me a receipt when they arrived to collect my parcel. They threatened that I would never again receive a parcel from Evri and that is exactly what they are now ensuring, causing me distress, so it was not an idle threat, by their actions, they are witholding my parcels, but making it look to Evri that delivery has been attempted when it was not. DIAMANDIS: She is sitting in the road to get a GPS and pretending to make an attempt at delivery, without getting out of the car! That is defrauding Evri because she will no doubt be claiming payment. TELLIT 01, you have no idea how far away I live from my 'local' collection point, but thanks for the goodwill. Rogue: they threatened that I would never have another delivery. I was asking for help. Before I met this pair, I had deliveries for 10 years from Hermes lady with no problems at all. This pair were like bull terriers with attitude. I hope none of you ever feel the way I do right now because of people like this who are not fit to work with members of the public. ERGATES: you completely misunderstand the situation.
    Which part did I misunderstand?

*Nothing* you have described here would constitute a criminal offence.  Saying that you'll never get a parcel delivered again is not a threat in the sense that the police will be interested regardless of how distressing you might find it.  It doesn't matter how large and scary looking you think they are, a courier refusing to do their job properly is *not* a criminal matter.  If they had threatened to cause you physical harm then *that* would have been a police matter, but that isn't what happened.

If you think that the courier is defrauding Evri, then that is Evri's problem, not yours.  I have never heard of a case of someone not doing their job properly being considered fraud - it would be a civil matter between the employer and the employee.

*If* the couriers were claiming to have delivered the parcels but keeping them then *that* would be theft and, could become a police matter.  However, again, that isn't what happened - the couriers claimed they were unable to deliver the parcels, so they'll go back to the depot and will either come out for delivery again or will be returned to the retailer.

"Wish I hadn't posted on here now, and I never will again."
Why?  You have been given accurate advice, which I will now repeat:
    1) Don't try to bring the police into this, it is not a criminal matter, you are wasting their time and yours.
    2) Take up non-delivery of goods with the retailer, your contract is with them.  It is their responsibility to get your paid for goods to you in a timely manner.  If they are unable to do this (because of this driver) then they must refund you or find some other way of delivering them.  It might be worthwhile mentioning you are having a problem with an Evri driver because they might have other courier options available.
