I don't think there's a 'v21' of Next Online yet. We are presently on v19, with v20 probably being drawn up as we speak. However the separate series 'Next 1 Year' is presently on v21.

If you're an existing customer you should qualify for the Next Online tariff.

The EON Next Online V19 has already been withdrawn more than a week ago, rates for V20 have been posted. I have not seen anything about V21, but very possible that it has now replace V20 already.

This site is not lying as stated by EON, the problem is to keep up with tariffs been withdrawn and replaced. This is especially a problem as most of the current offers are only for existing customers, so you cannot just check the status of the offers if you are not a customer.

It was V18 that has been withdrawn, V19 should be still active, my mistake.

Was maybe Eon Next 1 Year V21 offered to you as has been asked before? Do you have an online account, I believe only those customers are offered the Online tariff.

Oh yes, that might be it. OP, do you manage your E.On account online? If not, that'll be the reason I expect.

whatever you do don't fix at these high prices.
  • I just took online v19 to replace my current online v7 that expires on 7 Oct 22.

Bear in mind this has a Zero exit fee, so a no-brainer whilst waiting to see how things go.
