JET 2 flight delay. How long wait for compensation?

Hi all

I had a flight delay of 5 hours with Jet 2 airlines on June 24th 2022 &  claimed immediately but not heard back. Does anyone know how long this takes please ? Thanks

Did you make your claim on the Jet2 website?  If yes, then 2 months is excessive (but not unusual). As Jet2 aren't signed up to an ADR, its maybe time to get aquainted with the small claims court system.

If you used resolver or similar, Jet2, like most airlines, will ignore you.

Thanks J. Yes done it their website. Mai I ask what ADR is please ?

Alternative dispute resolution. Sveral companies offer this including one called ADR and another called CEDR.
