Hello, I'm still trying and will post back on here if I have any joy!

I have now got my missing miles, had been trying since end of May , they eventually responded last week to an email I sent about a month ago

Unless you use them for 'Reward Flight Savers' which can be excellent value and one of the better aspects of BAEC.
