Trying to buy something on my lloyds card on phone with John Lewis for £800 they said the payment failed due to a OTP? But I never got one and they told me to use a diff card? is there anyone else having issues with lloyds debit cards here at all? Because I am

I had to go to branch to sort it out… they’re starting to grind my gears..
