Lloyds card verification issues *RESOLVED*

Trying to buy something on my lloyds card on phone with John Lewis for £800 

they said the payment failed due to a OTP? But I never got one and they told me to use a diff card?

is there anyone else having issues with lloyds debit cards here at all? Because I am

This is what it said but per checking my balance it didn’t go out…

Thanks. I'll only have issues when my planned multiple switching bonuses don't work out.

Personally prefer Android, also believe Apple products are overpriced.

I have just tried to use my Lloyds credit card on line and the payment failed, no reason given.  Used my Tesco card instead and it went through OK requesting auth through the app.  Looks like there may be a Lloyds authorising problem.

Is it a Lloyds Mastercard?

I had problems with my Virgin Money Mastercard making a payment last week online, went through all of the OTP hirdy-girdy for it to get declined by the merchant.

The merchant in question is one I use regularly, so any anti fraud screening should have picked up and moulded itself to my usage pattern over the years to hopefully not reject it.

Tried again numerous times and put it down to technical issue, try again later in the week and lo-and-behold it worked fine.
