Sometimes it's best just to leave the entire thing in - if it starts getting long (quoting people who have quoted other people who have quoted other people, etc) it'll automatically collapse the other quotes.

If, for some reason your cursor ends up inside the shaded box and you are unable to get it out again, click on the </> above to go into raw edit mode. You'll then see something like this (works on laptop/PC only, I think):
The quoted text is in between the <blockquote and </blockquote> keywords. Add a couple of <br> (break) commands after the final </blockquote>, then click on the </> again to get back to the userfriendly editing mode. Your cursor is then outside the shaded box and you are good to type.0 -

Give your address as the home address for all correspondence. It could be a joint account so that you can help keep an eye on things for her. Explain to the bank that she's vulnerable and that their complacency has cost her significant amounts of money. Someone with CP is obvious, both in person and on the phone so they have no excuse. Someone should have asked her at some point if she needed any assistance and her vulnerability sh/could have been documented on her account to help keep her & her money safe.
Sister who is a social worker should be reported to her work as she is obviously unfit to be dealing with vulnerable individuals. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.4 -

Conscious that I may have inadvertently started the ball rolling by suggesting that a poster was having difficulty with post quoting, but I'd humbly suggest that we refrain from further discussions and tutorials on that subject in this thread - useful though they may be for many, I doubt that OP would find them so, so probably best to stick to the topic....6

Have you sorted the bank issue out??
or been in touch with them st all regarding the two women that took your vunrable family members money?0 -
You mention that Sarah has CP - this may well make her a "vulnerable adult" as far as her local area's social services disability team is concerned.
With Sarah's permission, you might contact the team, explain that you are unable to visit in person to resolve the problem and ask for a home visit from a social worker?

Drip feeding money out could be claimed to have a legitimate reason if they were doing shopping etc. But £14k in a month or two would be very different situation.
How much money is she keeping in her bank account? Presumably £14k wasn't the total? First step would be to open a new account that they don't have access to and move the remaining money across.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
