If this board does not deal with fines, then why put fines in the title?

We do deal with them and a few of us can answer questions about Council PCNs. And we do!
But pepipoo do it better.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In addition the overwhelming majority of newbies refer to PCNs as “fines” - at least the forum title attracts them in whereon they bluntly get told it’s not a fine.
Without fines in the title many may wander off elsewhere. Call it click bait if you like.

None of the regulars or visitors who post on this forum have any control over the forum page title. Some of us have asked MSE Towers to change it, along with asking them to delete the awful and out of date information on the "official" parking information page, but after years of trying, very little has changed.
Please don't let this you stop trying to get it changed yourself though.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

As above, the Parking charge notices as issued by PPC's falls under the parking tickets and general parking umbrella
