Love Holidays flights cancelled what are my rights?

Hey hope you guys can help, we booked a holiday to Turkey in December. The date of travel was 16th Sept, we have received notification from Turkish Airlines (The flight provider) to say that both or outgoing and return flights have been cancelled. It seems they no longer do that route, my question is we have paid £400 so far, the next and last instalment of £800 is due to go on the 2nd of September.
My question is we would like to cancel as we cannot get there or home, Love Holidays say they cannot give us a time scale of when they will come back to us with what to do. I'm not sure if this is classed as a package holiday or separate, what should we do about the last payment on the 2nd Sept? Are we able to cancel the holiday as we have no flights?

Guessing this is a flight to/from either Bodrum, Dalaman or Antalya?
It also sounds like a package holiday.
TK will offer you/LoveHolidays an alternative route via Istanbul.
Check the LH T&C's regarding flight changes but I suspect these allow for flight changes to be made up to 12hrs. Being direct or indirect will also not factor. If a package and covered as I suspect under T&C's then normal booking terms and conditions apply around cacellations.
LH will be dealing with issues in order of departure date. You sadly for now may have to take a ticket and wait your turn.

If you booked the flight and hotel together at the same time then you will have a package holiday and Love Holidays are the package provider.
The T&C's of your booking (and the Package Travel regulations 2018) will allow LoveHolidays to amend your flight details. As Westin says Turkish Airlines will either offer a re-routing via Istanbul, or a refund to LH. LH could also find other flights on another airline. Or if there are no alternatives they could cancel the holiday and refund your deposit. It wouldn't hurt for you to be pro-active, are there any other flights on other airlines on your travel dates?
Hopefully you'll get it resolved before 2nd September, however don't just miss any further payments due. If you so that LH could treat it as a customer cancellation and you could lose your deposit.0 -
Did you get an ATOL certificate with your booking? That will tell you if you booked a package or not. If you did, then the flight cancellation means that the whole package fails and you are entitled to an alternative, or a refund if there are no other reasonable options.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
