Anyone with experience of Utility Warehouse broadband?

Considering switching services (power and phone/internet) to utility warehouse. Does anyone use it for their ISP?
Any good/bad points out of the ordinary, customer service issues, etc.?

I hear they are using the talktalk backbone services... That is a little confidence sapping but if their customer service is better than talktalk maybe no issue.

Prices are not historically that competitive. You are aware that this is essentially a pyramid selling operation, so lots of people will recommend them in order to get the referral payments?

I'm aware of that element, but I'd be signing up via website - I've never actually come across someone selling it, not am I interested in being a partner / agent / rep or whatever they call themselves.

Prices aren't that amazing... Unless you take a bundle, then they drop to reasonably competitive (but probably still not cheapest - I think talktalk or Vodafone are still cheaper but they aren't gonna potentially fix utility bills at a lower rate).

Yes, if you are taking 3 services to get a cheaper energy fix then it may be worth a look.
