The deed of variation is a document which refers to and changes another document, the original lease. Do you have a copy of the original lease?I need a better understanding of the freehold title. Who owns what property/land, is it you personally or a managment company?

The freehold title deeds refer to the roads as being public highways (page 4, point 7).I am trying to picture what we have here in terms of the freehold property and "the roads". Is this a road which passes across the land? where does it go to?

Got the pcn - stating "no parking on access roads/roadways"
Which access road were you parked on to receive the pcn?
