hi all,
i have read the newbiee thread done below actions.
case: owner of a flat in building with share of freehold - parking permit shown .. parking at the same place since last 2 years around the building.
Got the pcn - stating "no parking on access roads/roadways" There is no double yellow line or marking of NO PARKING while the other areas do have those kind of signage.
Action taken:
Did the appeal on the uk cpm website with all the details and photographs. But didnt recieve any confirmation email ? Is that normal ?
Also complained via email to Property management company in order to rescind the pcn. Called them first and they said contact CPM .

Were UKCPM there before you bought the place? What does your lease say about parking or use of the common areas?
As you have a share of the freehold you have title in the land, so why the heck haven't the freeholders kicked UKCPM out?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I have read the house rules by management company about parking and did not violate any of those. I read the lease details but not able to find the exact point regarding the common areas.
That is what i was trying to do since long but some old timers are blocking it.

Are you able to scan the two documents, redact any personal information (name and address) and upload to somewhere like dropbox?

Sure I will do that.. Also as mentioned the mc is ready to contact cpm saying that they are not allowed to and asked me to contact cpm.. They didn't answer my question of who is dealing with cpm.. Who signed contract and stuff.. Is there anything I can ask them to get this cancelled as I am freeholder

Hopefully once I (and probably others) have read through the documents we can advise. I have bookmarked your thread so will be notified of any new posts.
