Lebara port-in failure
I was with Lebara with a SIM which worked perfectly. To get latest hot offer I ported-out to Asda Mobile successfully and two days later day ported back in to Lebara. Everything seems to work except no incoming calls. Same phone as with previous Lebara SIM (Samsung Galaxy S9). Lebara have 'raised a ticket', they say I should be contacted in a couple of days. Am anxious as number concerned is my main number. How long should I wait for a fix? Is it safe to port-out from Lebara again without this issue being fixed first? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hope it's fixed by now, but porting out before fix will only muddy the waters and may well end in tears

Thanks @Farway. Still not fixed. Port-In was on Wednesday 17 August. Ideally I want to stay with Lebara and on this deal. Lebara advise they've had numerous identical complaints caused by the large numbers of migrations to them following 1ppm for 6 month offers. Would hate to lose my number so will try and be patient and sit it out a bit longer.

Just changed to Lebara, changed number over, now have the same issue, can ring out fine, but can't get incoming calls, spoke to live chat yesterday, they've escalated, hopefully it's fixed quickly, otherwise I'll have to dump them, which is annoying.0

It's been fixed around lunch time today, so that's pretty good, considering the bank holiday beak in between.2

I've had nightmares with Lebara port-in which has been ongoing on since 27 August, and still not resolved. I was previously with Three but switched because of poor coverage. I ordered the first SIM and ported in successfully by 31/08. So far so good. I then ordered a second SIM for another phone and repeated the process. However, after receiving a text to say the port in was complete, I discovered the first SIM card had died completely and the second hadn't ported to the number I'd PAC-ed. Since then I have had 9 lengthy conversations with the support line which have all promised call backs / action but delivered nothing until yesterday when one SIM is back up and working with the PAC-ed number (but on the wrong plan) and the other still isn't working at all. I have also written 3 times to the complaints department but had no replies to any. I have been told that one of the numbers was accidentally deactivated in the port-in so is therefore presumably lost for ever. I would think very seriously about switching to this company. In my experience they just can't deliver what they offer and being without connectivity for so long is extremely difficult.0
