NTK = Notice to Keeper.
You will find other commonly used abbreviations in the fifth post on the NEWBIES thread.
With that in mind, can you now answer the questions...we need the OP to confirm that they have read the NEWBIES thread and that they have checked the NTK to see if it's a golden ticket or not (as shown in an image in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread).0 -

Before we can give an opinion, or even advice, we need you to confirm a few things.
One of the things we need to know is that you have read the sticky thread for NEWBIES. Since you have referred to this as a fine, and have asked what some of the acronyms mean, the assumption is that you have not yet read the NEWBIES thread.
In the NEWBIES you will find an example of a ParkingEye "golden ticket". We need to know if you have received one as the advise will vary depending on whether or not you have received a "golden ticket".
However, Plan A is always to complain to the landowner/retail park manager/store manager/CEO and your MP. Please tell us what happened when you did this.
If Plan A fails, then the keeper should appeal using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES Announcement. If the keeper has received a "golden ticket then they should add a one liner to the appeal that the NTK was non-PoFA complaint, and PE should cancel now to save themselves money.
You should also get photos of the site and signage including the site entrance, and any signs near where the vehicle was parked.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
