Parkingeye ticket

I have received a parking fine from parking eye. I am appealing as I was not parked in their parking spaces , I was parked at the side of the road which was not marked. Do you think I have a good case?

They do make mistakes. I have just successfully appealed a charge for overstaying the alleged 1.5 hours limit in a car park by 10 minutes. I sent the Google link clearly showing the limit was 2 hours.

The charge was cancelled. I would have liked an explanation or even an apology but probably too much to ask. ☹️

    Good luck with your appeal.

Can't see any signs in that car park.  Were ParkingEye only just inflicted on the shoppers in 2022?

    Thanks for that!

I think we need to continue this thread on topic now, re @walljoa's issue and his/her photo above.

This is their thread after all so we need that OP to confirm that they have read the NEWBIES thread and that they have checked the NTK to see if it's a golden ticket or not (as shown in an image in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread).
