    I wouldn't show that entrance sign.  Let them do that.  I would comment again in the final paragraph, on the fact that there are mixed messages here:

    (a)  the yellow sign threatens clamping, which has been illegal on private land for a decade;

    (b)  the purple sign offers parking for users of the charity shop, with no caveats and nor is it shown to be staff only;

    (c)  the sign to the right of the yellow sign gives the impression that the parking is managed by 'TP' (Total Parking'?) or perhaps 'Centaur' but nothing about UKPC.

    So it's perfectly possible to park and see the purple, yellow and white TP/Centaur sign and happily drop off a donation secure in the knowledge that these spaces are for charity shop use without any penalty, obligations or contract. Which is what the driver did.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank you very much cm, I have now prepared the final draft in a PDF:

    This is a doctored version so there are no personal detail or names of the charity shop, the original doesn't have these alterations

    Looks OK except the point about not knowing who was driving. That's only supported if there was no NTK received or it was non-POFA.

    Were you lucky enough only to get a windscreen PCN, and no NTK in the post?  If not, remove that point.

    Should be winnable at POPLA with the sign showing parking is allowed for the Charity Shop.
