Purchase house together with Lifetime ISA and Help to Buy ISA

Hi,

I have help to buy isa and my partner has a lifetime isa. I was wondering whether they can be used in conjunction to by a house together? I don't have the time to move all my money from a help to buy to a isa to a lifetime isa as it's capped by the £4k a year and I am looking to buy relatively soon. I would be looking at houses under the £250k so this wouldn't be an issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, it's fine for a couple to buy their first property together with one using HTB ISA and the other using LISA, provided they each meet the requirements of the relevant scheme, such as the £250K limit you refer to.
