Just wanted to say thanks to those maintaining this forum
Went to TK Maxx before holidays. Large shopping centre with lots of different shops. Parked in bay - tight fit as had large 4x4 in LHS bay. Left a little space as wife post-op and needed help getting out.
Came back to find a ticket from Europarks. For parking with two wheels outside of the bay. Complained to the attendant but got nowhere. PS Endless spaces around the place. Not like it was busy.
Read the FAQ here very carefully. Appealed to the car park owner but got nowhere really....Appealed by email to ECP when told to. Didn't receive a NTK in time as directed. Reply from ECP rejecting appeal.
Was going to prepare a POPLA appeal but thought would read the FAQ again and called TK Maxx customer support. Had a great chat with a very supportive customer representative. Sent across receipt and within a week, had reply saying they had contacted ECP and rescinded the ticket!
Just wanted to say thanks and really follow the FAQ in detail. Has saved me 100 quid I thought was totally unfair as well as hours writing and preparing rebuttals.

Very well done and thanks for feedback that Plan A has worked again. Would you be good enough to copy and paste your post above into the dedicated 'Successful complaints about private parking tickets - how to get them cancelled' thread please as that thread is linked from the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement and Holds a wealth of examples for others to read and follow.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4766249/successful-complaints-about-private-parking-tickets-how-to-get-them-cancelledPS - hope your wife has made a good post-op recovery. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
