DCBL are dragging out the "chicken out"

Unless they discontinue which is their favourite hobby for UKPC, they will run the gauntlet of a huge spanking in court and your case can be a highlight to the media and government

Maybe DCBL want that in a secret plan to destroy the JR AND SHOW GOVERNMENT THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PPURPOSE

@Coupon-mad - I agree - I will stick to my main arguments.

Lack of contract from landowner, the current contract in their WS says the contract expired in 2015 
lack of lighting, poor signage as exhibits illustrate
upon entry in the carpark the small signage was obstructed by a high top van 
Screenshots of Companies House results to show the name on the contract does not match the company number on the contract. Name of landowner does not match that of the company number, 
Additional add on fees/interest - No loss of revenue to claimant to justify 
Additional arguments - Cause of action estoppel and henderson v henderson.) Claimant creating duplicate claims for the same particulars after court hearing date confirmed.

"We act on behalf of Uk Parking Control Limited.

 

Following the Notice of Trial Date dated --------, both parties are ordered to agree the contents of the Hearing Bundle which is due to be filed no later than the -------. To ensure the Bundle is at Court within the required time-frame, we will look to file and serve no later than the 07/02/2023.

Anyway, it's now up to DCBL, THEY HAVE NO REASON TO THINK THEY WILL WIN, the opposite in fact and it's now a case of a court spanking for DCBL OR THEY DISCONTINUE

When you receive the bundle from them no doubt you will check that they have included ALL your WS & exhibits etc.
