    Also it came in a white envelope from Belfast. It may be different in different areas. I didn't even get a text update or confirmation they got they forms.

    They changed them to white envelopes in England too. Not sure if it applies nationally but i would expect it to.

    Your wife needs to ring them. If this is a first time claim and she wasn't transferring from DLA then money should have been in the bank between 3-5 working days after it's paid. The decision letter should have been received by now too.

    Do you live in Northern Ireland or do you mean the address on the back of the envelope is in Belfast? If the latter, the address is where all undelivered letters from the DWP are sent to be opened.

    The letter came from Belfast the address tos end letters back. I live in England
