I suggest you now follow the POPLA appeal process and use the evidence the PPC have provided but cannot be bothered to look at to show you paid.
I would also complain to the BPA about the behaviour of one of their members.2 -
How do i do this please?0

If you appealed and it was rejected, you will have been given a PoPLA code and instructions on how to use it.
The third post of the NEWBIES has links to a number of appeal points for you to use. You should use all of them that apply.
BPA complaint/contact details should be on their website.
One of your appeal points will be that since this was a major typo as proven by the operator's list of partial VRMs, they, the operator should have offered you a discounted charge of £20.
Failure to do so is a breach of the BPA's CoP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

U cant see where it explains the points to include in the appeal? The third post just explains what steps of appeal should be taken. What wm i doing wrong. Can u tell me what the post is called tbat im looking for please?0

In the Newbies section, the third post starts:
SECOND STAGE APPEAL - POPLA OR IAS
POPLA IS OFFERED BY BPA AOS FIRMS
DO NOT APPEAL SAYING WHO WAS DRIVING, NEITHER AT FIRST APPEAL STAGE NOR AT POPLA.
POPLA Appeals are submitted here:
http://www.popla.co.uk/
but don't feel you have to answer their questions, you should write a detailed appeal and attach it as a PDF along with photos (use the parking firm's own photo of the sign if the words are illegible and the £100 (or whatever) charge is not in LARGE letters.
This is the information you need.

Whilst you're there you can tell the BPA that Euro Car Parks are sending correspondence that is misleading as to the law at their first bullet.
There is *nothing* in PoFA schedule 4 that requires a keeper to provide a UK address for a driver. It would be odd if there was, the service address is neither the keeper's problem nor within their control.
Further, nothing in PoFA requires a keeper address to be provided within a specified time limit other than prior to the commencement of proceedings (ie the claim form).
Indeed they claim that there 28 days, which cannot be right as the entitlement to hold a keeper liable only begins at 28 days and is expressly concurrent with other rights (ie to pursue the driver) but not so as to permit success against both (double recovery).6 -
I presume you meant "Driver".Johnersh said:Whilst you're there you can tell the BPA that Euro Car Parks are sending correspondence that is misleading as to the law at their first bullet.

I appealed to popla who have sent me this does this mean that the original person has cancelled the charge?

Seems quite straightforward to me.
The second paragraph starts "If you have already paid your parking charge...".
The third paragraph starts "If you have not paid your parking charge...".
You know whether you have paid your parking charge or not.
Choose the appropriate paragraph and read it.2
