Australian visa delays

Hello
my mum has flights booked for early September and applied for a tourist (600) visa 19th June. She was told she need a medical which she had and they sent her paperback to the visa office on the 15th July. The paperwork and clearance is showing on her immi account. Her travel agent has suggested that she should rebook her flights if her visa hasn’t arrived by the 19th Aug. Has anyone had any recent experiences with Australian visas, is there anything we can do as she is starting to worry.
many thanks

Well I can’t comment on whether it is the correct one as I don’t know your background but I have been to Australia 3 times, each time less than 3 months, hold a UK passport, will visit and stay with relations and I always get the 651 e which costs nothing.0

She was told she need a medical which she had
Is this normal for a tourist visa?
Are you sure she hasn't completed an immigration visa?0 -
What’s the difference? She is almost 80 and has high blood pressure so the online forms we completed said she needed one - I’m really worried we have done this wrong. This is where we applied for her visasheramber said:She was told she need a medical which she had
