Car Hire Availability Check - urgent

I urgently need a car hire in Valencia, but all the usual search engines are allowing my to book then cancelling my booking (after taking card payment of course ). Is there a way of booking a car with guaranteed availability using search engines ? thanks

Have you tried booking directly with the car hire company rather than through a third party? 

Third party websites do not have access to real time availability or prices which is likely why they can not fulfil the booking for the price shown and are cancelling.
