BaySentry Solutions to Direction Collection Bailiffs Ltd

Hi all,
I have read through the newbies thread and found bits and bats that relate to my situation, but not entirely.
The PCN I want to dispute is an INVALID charge as I had a valid receipt/permit at the time which I have evidence for (funnily enough, I still have a valid permit that I will continue to have for years to come).
I have had a valid permit that I pay for on a monthly basis since May 2022.
Randomly in June, BaySentry Solutions Ltd sent me 5 Parking Charge Notices ( £100 each)- an error on their system it seems.
I received the initial 2 notices, which I had appealed individually on their web portal and they were accepted & cancelled out.
Unfortunately, I was going alot of personal issues and getting these letters were really bothering me. I did not have time individually appeal these notices...
HOWEVER,
I did appeal them together! I sent them an appeal (which I have a copy of) saying here are the references of the PCNs, please cancel them.
They turned around and said no, appeal them individually..... eventhough I clearly knew it is their electronic mistake.
So I told them I will not appeal them individually and it should not be at my inconvenience for their mistakes. To which there was no response and we left it at that.
UNTIL
I received debt collection letters from Direction Collection Bailiffs Ltd saying I owe them £170 each for the 3 PCN's they are chasing for.
I made the mistake of calling them and explaining the situation, to which they just said "it will be disputed in Court".
So I went round like a headless chicken, back to BaySentry who just turned around and said "not with us, deal with debt collection directly".
Even went to the extent of Citizens Advice who gave the advice of "Under their terms and conditions, you had to appeal individually and technically your appeal of the 3 at once was not valid hence you may be liable to pay".
In all honesty, if it was my mistake of not appealing individually, then fine. I just was going through alot and it is very time consuming to appeal them individually on their portal whilst also including evidence each time.
The worst thing is, the PCNs are INVALID! I have valid permits which I have proof of including receipts of payments and dates/reg being displayed being valid to park.
Please tell me what to do, I have no idea and the newbies thread does not have a case similar to this.
Thanks!

Just to also note,
The main reason for seeking advice and being so worried is... I do not want a CCJ/Credit File impact.
I am a young person expecting to get a mortage out soon and it's already difficult as it is so i'm really scared if this goes the full mile and not in my favour.0 -
Let's cover that one first. You will not get a CCJ ! To do that, you would have to go to Court, and lose and then not pay in the required time. Do not let the self serving bullying of debt collection agencies throw you.You can ignore debt collector trash, but keep your eyes open for a real Letter of Claim, which you cannot ignore.Steps to take - plan A landowner cancellation.Plan B ( if that fails) read and understand the newbies, so that you understand what to do if you do get a letter of claim. Make sure you keep all your evidence safe. Even if this went to court, it sounds as if you have a really strong defence. Don't phone the bullies and don't let them convince you that you do not have a valid defenceThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.5

I have had PCNs before which I ignored and eventually they just disappear, but this one is a high-value therefore feel they will take it serious. Hence, I got abit scared.
What is Plan A Landowner cancelaltion?
Also, I will just wait until they take actual legal steps for recovery and take it from there.

Plan A is to get the landowner to tell their agents ( the PPC) to cancel the tickets.

Thanks - I have forwarded my concerns over to CitiPark (the people who I pay towards to park at the premises). in a form of a complaint. Including evidence of having a valid permit and the customer-service BaySentry have provided me.
I hope they take the matter into their own hands and tell this BaySentry company to get off my back! (Fingers crossed).
What bothered me most is that Citizens Advice gave the advice of "Under their terms and conditions, you had to appeal individually and technically your appeal of the 3 at once was not valid hence you may be liable to pay now as you are beyond 28-day appeal period"
Should i be worried about that?1 -
I would not be. Citizen's Advice are not very good on this sort of thing. Even if they are right about one appeal being invalid, that has no bearing on Landowner cancellation, and even less if you end up in court. You are well past ordinary appeal time now anywayAlso remember these PPCs deliberately come up with stupid/convoluted illogical Ts &Cs specifically to make it as hard as possible to comply or appeal. The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3

Honestly you have to laugh at how appalling the CAB is on the subject of private parking charges. It's shockingly wrong.
Of course you aren't liable. But yes it will be sorted out in court - no risk, no CCJ as long as you follow our advice, not even if you lose. Which you won't.
Certainly insist these are cancelled by CitiPark and demand to know what went wrong. Better to avoid the stress of a court claim if you can but no need for headless chicken mode.
Easy to kill in court and DCBLegal will discontinue so you won't even have a hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hence, I got abit scared.Rarely now do these things 'disappear'. If the previous tickets are now over 6 years old, then yes, they will, to any serious intent and purpose, have 'disappeared', but if they are under 6 years old, don't count any chickens. Never ignore a private parking ticket, it will not go away.Turning to your current situation, are the parking events related to a residential setting? If not, what kind of car park, what is the permit arrangement? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
