Lufthansa offering compensation, but I had delays on both in and out bound flights

Hi a quick question. Lufthansa have offered me €400.
I was delayed on a flight BHX-FRA-LIS and  return LIS-FRA-BHX
originally had a 90 minutes wait but due to flight changes ended up being 45 minutes and both 1st flights late meaning I missed connecting flight. 

BHX departure time: 6:00 AM
Arrival airport LIS
This flight arrived 4hours 20 minutes hours late

LIS departure time: 2 12:05 AM
Arrival airport: BHX
This flight arrived 5 hours 15 minutes hours late

So is it  €800 I am entitled to?

Or do I have to put a claim in for each delay?  Thanks

What were the reasons for the delays? If there were extraordinary circumstances beyond the airline's control then that eliminates their compensation liability....

Each flight is considered separately .

You state “Lufthansa have offered me €400” . Have you already made an EU261 claim ? Or is this for something else ?

A result after a few months.. which paid for my recent Tenerife holiday
Offered me €800! in bank next day. done via resolver mainly.
