Any advice on how to check if your apartment block has a soak away, or is it unlikely?

Where is it - urban or rural? How big is the block? Searches show drainage too.
Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.

Follow the rainwater drainage down from roof/gutter level to ground. Where does it go?
We are only talking rainwater here-your grey water goes into a drain and then a pubic sewer.
So unlikely in an apartment block with shared drainage.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
