Returning faulty mobile via mail order.Help please.
Hi, My daughter has a Nokia mobile which I bought in May via Empire Stores.
It has developed a fault. Has anyone had experience of retuning a mobile via a mail order catalogue, what do they usuually do?
They no longer sell the same phone and I am terrified I will have to use my local Nokia repair centre (CPW - a very long story!).
The phone is 7 months old, do you think they are likely to refund if they can't replace?
Thanks.
