Mario Galaxy for Wii £19.99

I just emailed to ask about it. The reply :
Thank you for your email.
We do not believe we have advertised in the Metro. We are also aware that there have been a number of on-line blogs and forums relating to this price for Super Mario Galaxy, but do not believe that this was advertised at £19.99 at any time.
If you wish to send us a copy of the advert you have seen please fax/email/post it to us and we will contact you with a decision.
Thanks
What a downright lie !! I don't have my copy of the Metro any more coz it gets recycled. If anyone has a copy of the advert they can scan I'd love to catch this obvious liar out.
It's possible the ad got pulled and/or replaced - Could explain why the ad wasn't in all regions.
Page 16 of the Leeds edition with the 2 for £40 Xbox360 ad.

I don't see the point in people phoning up to see if they are gonna honour a misprice. People should just sit tight as it's happened in the past when people start to phone companies they will then look at all the orders and start to cancel them and if no-one bothers to phone then it may go through. All that happens when people phone up is that they alert the companies to a misprice0

People have to phone up and check because Gamestation stores aren't aware of the offer, so they're not honouring it.
The only way to get it honoured is by getting head office to approve the misprice (instore), which they were accepting yesterday, so by law, they've set a presidence and have to honour the deal for all customers for the time being, so by refusing, they're actually breaking the law.0 -
They honored the price for me yesterday by just ringing this number 01904 476650 and asking them if they will honor the price as per advert in metro. Didnt have to go to shop or show the advert. But that was yesterday.0

mmmm, I would like to see this LAW, where thay have to honour this misprice0 -

They're saying they were honouring it yesterday and the day before but they will no longer honour it because they don't want to unless someone can show the original ad.
I've also called Metro and they can't find the ad either, so either Gamestation demanded all records were deleted with regards to the offer or someone didn't read the ad properly and Gamestation lost £15 per sale for 1000's of customers.
I think Daily Mail are the owners of Metro and they stated "from £19.99" for the respective games and I think they retracted it to avoid a lawsuit.
Regardless though, Gamestation have now set a Legal Presidence by honouring the misprice for all the customers over the weekend based on the ad, so they have to honour it until either they state the offer expired (with the details of this like they did for there other half price offers) or they've run out of stock everywhere.0
