Super Mario Galaxy for Wii for just £19.99
Here's how:
Gamestation ran an advert in the Metro newspaper yesterday advertising it for £19.99
It was a mistake.
But.
Phone customer services on 01904 476650 (number taken from saynoto0870.co.uk). Mention that you saw an advert yesterday for it for £19.99 in the Metro but that you can't find it on their site.
They then say "ok, we will sell to you for £19.99".
You say "yes please"
Hand over your card number and details, you don't even have to pay postage.

I assume Metro is for London or large cities. Wont be any use to people in other parts of UK. I saw this posted on hotukdeals too0

I don't see why not......people often visit London and large cities on Saturday's, especially at this time of year. Just say you were on a shopping trip and saw the ad if they even bother to ask.0 -
the dialling code is for York so maybe this area.
You can just say you was visiting that area and picked a paper up!If this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0 -
You could have read the metro anywhere... like Hesjane says.
I've seen Metro in lots of trains outside of London.
They don't ask any questions on the phone anyway.
Number is for UK Customer services (which happens to be based in York).0 -
big thread on the hotdeal forum and just phoned myself and got the game for £20.99 inc delivery and glad I saved a few quid as was going to buy this next week.
The girl on the phone was laughing when I mentioned the word "metro" so I presume they are getting loads of calls on this and would take advantage today just in case they sort it out next week
I presume the offer is open to everyone as they have the Metro paper in Liverpool so must be in more cities also and just make sure you phone the cheaper 01904 number rather than the 0870 or 0845 one0 -
So its okay if you live in areas that dont get metro then, just ring them up and say you saw it when you were in London other day.0

Thanks to the OP - fairly long wait on hold (is that Brian Blessed?!) but the nice man has sold it to me for £20.99 too.
They didn't ask which Metro it was in, happy to just sell it.0 -
