Moneybox LISA

So Moneybox are unable to transfer a LISA back to them if you've had a LISA with them before. Apparently due to technical\operational reasons.
Seems crazy to me, especially for one of those services that is supposed to be "up to date" that they can't offer this and apparently "they are looking into it" which probably means whenever someone higher up can be bothered.

Had the same issue. Have e-mailed MSE re this as think it needs to be stated on their guide so people can make informed decisions.
