Most important is for you to read the Directions on page 2, and meet your own deadline for your WS and evidence bundle.

Latest example of a good WS bundle is NOT the one in the NEWBIES thread, although you do need to re-read the witness statement and evidence section there to understand what is required of you and what sort of evidence to provide.    After reading that to know what is needed, DON'T click on the example WS by Robert Cox as it is out of date.  Use the one on the thread by @aphex007

Hi @coup@Coupon-mad ! I have read Directions on page 2 but it seems i can’t find the the example by @aphex007 and only the one by Robert Cox - Not sure you got a link for that 🙏
    Thank You !
You just quoted the link I already gave you.

Usernames in blue are already links.

Update : I’ve attended the court hearing yesterday and the judge dismissed 2 of the 3 parking charges against me but found me responsible for 1 of the 3 PCn’s because i was parked right next to the fence of the car park and next to the sign with Private Land and he said there is no way i couldn’t have seen that(phote below) - I’ve to pay 160£ (1pcn) instead of 3 or total amount requested by the claimant £760 but also have to paid court fees £70+ legal team of the claimant £95 + interest rate at 4% £23 (refused 8% as the claimant wanted)
    total around £400

Shame, you got stuffed with sham £60 "debt recovery fees" and you seem to have been stuck with more than the capped amount for legal fees; court fees you couldn't do much about. At least you won 2 out of 3!

Sounds like you didn't do something exactly as advised. Also, judge bingo because they have obviously allowed the false add-on charges. Surprisingly, also allowed the interest, even if they did halve it.

    Better luck next time.

The Judge should not have allowed all those fees (some but not all...), and certainly not the £60 fake admin fee/damages that were never incurred.  Did you explain why not (as per your defence)?  Most Judges never allow £160 for a £100 PCN but we get that there are some Judges who won't listen.

Good that two out of three were dismissed!  Anyway it is over - and no CCJ as long as you pay in full, straight away.

    One favour we ask:

Be aware that a final Government Public Consultation is coming very soon (expected ANY WEEK NOW) about the levels of parking charges and banning rip-off 'fees'.

    Explained here:

Don't miss it!  Please bookmark the necessary thread explained there and come back to have your voice heard to change the law.  It is your only chance to do so.

Their legal team presented a case with a judge that granted “debt fees” in a parking case and apparently that Judge was known at the Manchester Court but retired now and “rightly” agreed with the debt fees in the judge opinion even though i tried to explain the parking charge itself more than covers the operation costs…
However I would like to say thank you to everyone here for the help and the time you put to help me Much appreciated 🙏
    P.S - i will sign the consultation !
