Letter of Claim - Dcb Legal in behalf of VcS

In sept 2021 i have received a Letter of Claim from DCB legal acting on behalf of Vehicle Control Services Limited in respect of 3 unpaid parking charge notices since 

june-july 2019 “the vehicle was parked on private land manage by our client “ X1 The Exchange Car Park Salford Quays M5 3NQ a total of £480  ! however in the meantime i have have sold the car long time ago and move from that adress and never received the PcN’s nor was aware of them until they found me at my new adress and sent me the Letter of claim - asking for £480 (300£ the charge and £180 the added charge by DcB - i have filled in the Reply Form and requested photos , proves of the PcN being sent at my old adress  etc anyway after almost 1 Year later 4th of August 2022 they have got back to me with the photos of the car being parked there and PcN’s sent to my old adress However in 2 of the 3 occasions photos show i have a ticket window when they took the photos ( never remember of finding any window tickets) as i was gonna deal with them straight away . The problem with the parking is that there is a sign on a fence saying that is a private parking but inside the fence where the car park is and not on the street next to it where i was parked - very misleading , i will add some photos so you cand uderstand ! Now they Are asking for £480 in 30 days or a claim being issued against me and to take me to the court “You were afforded the opportunity to: appeal the parking charge, transfer liability to the driver (if it was not you) or make payment. Neither a successful appeal, nor an adequate nomination were received, and payment remains outstanding” but never received any letters from them as i was not leaving there anymore! To mention also The Car was parked  on the street each time after 8pm on so called “private land” next to the fence with the sign on it and the car park behind!Can i please i have advice what to do here

Normal stuff from DCBL adding a fake £70 .. it's scam

When they refer to the ATA code of practice this is pure dreamworld stuff.  This code of practice is from an unregulated ATA WHO THOUGHT umm WE WILL SCAM THE MOTORIST by adding fake monopoly money.  This invention of rubbish was approved by the BPA and the man who invented the scam is also a board member and trades as ZZPS, another "jobs worth" debt collector living in the clouds

The IPC which VCS belong to is just a total scam which government should close down forthwith

DCBL are claiming a debt recovery charge but did VCS pay a debt collector ?
Can they prove they paid  very doubtful 

Also, it is clear that DCBL fail to understand the Supreme Court Ruling in the Parking Eye case ... the judges deemed that the parking charge was fair because it covered
the costs of operating the system .......  DCBL think not  and try to scam people with 100% fake add-ons

Given this, you are asking should you pay ...... unless you like money scammers YOU DO NOT PAY

You must reply to a letter before claim

1: You tell them you are seeking debt advice and to give you a further 30 days.
2: You ask them for their legal authority to add debt collection charges
3: You deny any debt

We have never seen DCBL give an explanation regarding the fake charges
Maybe they can explain it to a judge ?   THEY FAIL

Because DCBL take such idiotic claims to court and then discontinue is the feature of this thread

No it doesn't.

It shows a red packet, which was VCS and Excel's pretend ticket system.  A red packet that said:

'THIS IS NOT A PARKING CHARGE'.

Covered loads of times and there's a court transcript to support the fact this is not a PCN.

VCS v Adam Byrzynski (spelling might be wrong).

You might be right - i can’t remember much to be honest as it’s been 3 years ago - However they reckon the PcN’s or Notice to Keeper have been sent to my old adress but i moved out exactly during that period of time - they have added £60 extra as a debt charge for each of the 3 of the parking charges ! What is your advice - should i look for a settlement or i have a chance and get ready for my defence when the court letter will arrive thank you !

No harm in getting ready but a court claim is at least 2 months away if you extend by 30 days,  and a court date even further

As this is another daft claim from DCBL, they do tend to throw good money after bad

Received this letter from DCBLegal again after i reply to them the following: 
Good Morning , 

It has been almost 1 year since you last contact me

However here is my point : 

1 - What is your legal authority to add debt collection charges ? 

2 - I do deny any debt !

3 - I am seeking debt advice at the moment please allow me further 30 days to contact you again ! 

4 - What has been left on the window car is shows a red packet which was VCS pretend ticket system . A red packet that said :'THIS IS NOT A PARKING CHARGE'.
