Has anyone had any experience of this company? Good or bad? I am having great problems with them and can't find any good comments about them anywhere.

Not sure how it would benefit you if you found good comments about them if you're already having problems with them?
Feel free to share more details about what problems you're experiencing and maybe someone on here can offer guidance?1 -
If you search on the Air Travel board on the Trip Advisor forums you will find many a horror story.
Another overseas (Czech Republic this time) based online travel seller louring in the unsuspecting with a ‘cheap’ deal. Many deals are unprotected, self-connections on multiple airlines.3 -
Firstly, they are good at finding 'hack' fares which may save you money so long as you hold the appropriate passport and can get the necessary visas. Secondly, when people get stranded because a 'hack' fare leads to a missed connection Kiwi have a good record of eventually doing something to enable the passenger to complete their journey, generally after a wait of many hours for any kind of reply.
Having said that, they operate on slim margins and so cannot afford to provide any kind of customer service.

If you've already booked with Kiwi, it's unfortunately too late to ask if anyone has any experience of them.
As Westin says, the air travel board on Tripadvisor has hundreds of threads with thousands of posts about Kiwi and almost all are negative.0
