Thanks Keith. I have re-familiarised myself. Re the court questionnaire, we’ve not yet received one. Not sure how long it usually takes but will likely complete one and just send it now
Stop rushing, it will come through soon enough.  You can check your MCOL history, that will tell you when the CCBC have sent it to you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Probably a daft question but forms have come through from court but my friend has covid and no access to a scanner. Would court accept a type signature?

Hi all, just to let you know, DCB Legal have issued the familiar notice of discontinuance. Thanks for all the stellar advice received on here - hugely appreciated.
Well done ..... DCBL are just a huge joke in the legal profession

I’m considering an ICO referral due the fact that despite being told on at least six occasions the defendants name was incorrectly spelled (quite significantly) they didn’t update their records.
