Lebara Incoming calls - works on one phone but not on another?!?!?

I am hoping someone clever and knowledgeable may be able to help, please.
I just switched from SMARTY to Lebara monthly, changed nothing on my Galaxy S9 other than internet settings per Lebara information, and everything works except I cannot get incoming calls. But when I try the SIM on my son's OnePlus phone, incoming calls are fine. What on earth have I done?
Any suggestions most welcome. I have done the usual turn off and on, check settings, check call barring etc. Arrgh!
Thanks in advance...

Could this be a case of Wi-Fi Calling working on the OnePlus and not on the Samsung? How good is your signal where you're trying this? Do you have a VoWiFi icon on the OnePlus?

Thanks for your suggestion, d123. The signal is fine, and I have tried with wifi calling off as well, no joy. Perhaps worth mentioning that when I call the phone from our landline, I get number unobtainable. I have tried wiping phone app cache, even wiping cache from boot screen, and have checked flight mode, call barring and call forwarding etc, to no avail.
  • Swap the sim from your son's phone into your S9 and call it, see if the problem is specific to the Lebara/S9 combination or if it's a problem with your phone alone.

Can you make outgoing calls on the Lebara SIM in the Samsung?
Does mobile data (not WiFi) work?
Is the Samsung definitely unlocked (not limited the Three)?

Just in case anyone picks up on this thread, I did solve it - by going back to SMARTY! But to add to the weirdness, in the time between giving my PAC to SMARTY and the actual transfer of the number the following day, the phone sprang back into life with an incoming call, while still on the Lebara service. By the way, Lebara never came back to me on the service ticket I raised. Hey ho.
