Easy solution: reduce the volume or buy and use headphones.

Eviction would be months down the line, as it requires a court order to evict you. If you are given notice by way of an S21 then the minimum notice period is 8 weeks. Only after that could the LL apply for a possession order, if you remained in occupation.
Depends if they have a tenancy or a licence to occupy. Licence to occupy is normally 28 days, I think.

The suggestion to moderate behaviour and stop annoying the neighbours would seem to be the way to go. What about the support staff - if it’s that noisy surely they’d be noticing? What are they saying about the noise?

Who arranged the supported housing and are they still involved - social worker, mental health services, someone else? If you need supported housing then I’d expect if it did get any further than a warning shot across the bows they would have to be involved in finding an alternative?

My sister lives in supported accommodation where people are thrown out on the spot/next day for breaking rules. Usually more serious than loud music but all the same no notice given.

Some housing for the homeless is the same.

As others have said, make sure that you use headphones and keep your music lower.

However, if the final notice was the first you have heard of the complaint then uit woul also make sense to raise that - ask whether any previous letters / notices should have nben provided as you haven't recieged anything.

If you are a tenant then evuciting you would take some time and require court proceedings. However, if it is a shared housing /hostel situation you are likely to have far fewer rights - check what the contact / agreement you had when you moved in says.

IF it isn't you who has been playing lod music speak to the staff who support the housing to explain that and ask when there warning ca be rescided, if it has been given to you in error. (but be very careful about noise moving forward)
