iPhone 11 Pro max upgrade: now or wait?

I want to upgrade my iPhone 11 Pro max. Can get a decent deal on the 13 pro max but lots of articles about the 14 pro max suggest it will have big improvements on the camera, which is why I want to upgrade.
Anyone in the know? Would you upgrade to the 13 now or wait till possibly Oct for the 14? Have a couple of holidays before then where a better camera would be useful but the 13 pro max is also pretty bulky compared to the 11 or (expected) 14
