Interest rate rise and home heating oil

I'm wondering what affect todays rise in the Bank of England interest rate will have on home heating oil. Up, down or steady as s goes? I think up!

It will effect the exchange rate between £/$ which effects the price you pay in £ for your oil. That said, little change.0
