We see that level of detail regularly, which can often give rise to comments from regulars who know, recognise or have dealt with the location in the past. Are you certain that this is a private road? The local council can confirm.
The street mentioned in the LBC is Zone A B Holloway Street Hounslow TW31AA. But the exact point where I had stopped was the junction of Holloway street and Matisse Road (hand drawn red oval) and then I turned back from there. I have highlighted the path I took in yellow (Matisse road) to get to the point where I had stopped (the manually drawn red oval adjacent to the Google destination Red bubble). I did not drive into the Holloway street, I only came to the junction where it meets Matisse road, I dont know if back then Holloway street was even operational, Matisse road was a dead end (at least that's how I saw it and that's why I turned back from there).
In the image below, the manually drawn red oval is exactly where I had stopped. I wasnt even occupying the parking bay where you see the white car in the picture. There is a post office right across from where I had stopped, where you can see the royal mail van. And the rest of the Matisse road is the backyards of shops/warehouses etc. So Matisse Road itself is not a private road and there no signs on its entrance indicating any restrictions. Hope you are able to provide some guidance based on these details. Thanks ever so much again for your help!

Those look like Forbidding Signs to me. Can't have a contract if nothing was offerred which means they can not invoice you (The PCN is an invoice)

SamIn your new thread please give some background to the parking event and what has happened in the time between the date of the event and today. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How did your story with the PCN issued at Zone A B Holloway Street Hounslow TW31AA by Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd?
I just received a PCN from them for stopping in the exactly the same sport for under 2 minutes.

Just ignore them. Or appeal as keeper.
Read the NEWBIES thread and you can see if the NTK is non-POFA compliant or not.
