TSB Spend & Save cashback

Hello,
I used to have a TSB spend & save account but switched that to Halifax in April to get the £125. If I were to open a new spend & save account would I be able to get the £5 cashback for 6 months again?

I just opened a new one and they certainly said I would but I'm not sure I'm masochistic enough to do so.Bridlington1 said:If I were to open a new spend & save account would I be able to get the £5 cashback for 6 months again?

Yepp. Even as an existing customer if you opened a second account that new account would get 6 months of cashback on debit card transactions, so as a new (or returning) customer you've nothing to fear (except TSB itself

Thanks for the above comments. I've opened a new spend & save account and have got the cashback again. I shall repeat in 6 months. This will also have the advantage of creating a steady stream of donor accounts ideal for switching.
Whilst I'm at it, does anyone know if there's a limit on the number of spend & save accounts you can have? I can't seem to find anything on their website to suggest you can't open multiple accounts and get the cashback for each account.0 -
No stated limit, other than of course whatever the maximum they'll approve an application for. @bristolleedsfan has previously stated that you will only be credit checked once per day regardless of how many accounts you apply for.Bridlington1 said:Thanks for the above comments. Not really. It does what it says on the tin. TSB are offering £180 if you switch to them, hence the title:OceanSound said:

edit: Offer is specific to 'TSB Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account'. Tin needs to mention it!0 -
Those are the main 2 current accounts that TSB offer. The rest are the student, graduate and under 19's account. Student accounts are rarely if ever included in switching offers and instead tend to offer separate sign up offers. Graduate accounts rarely if ever offer switching incentives and I've never seen a switching incentive for a kids account. So I'd have thought it would be a given that if TSB offered a switching incentive it would be limited to these two current accounts.OceanSound said:
