Full version of Barclaycard app?

Just taken out avios Barclaycard to replace my soon to expire JL card. Have activated the card, registered on the app, but it says I don't have full version of the app. Tried following the steps to get this, but pin sentry failed (worked ok before when registering). Not even sure what it means. Can anyone help please?
Can't say I'm impressed so far. App kept going round in circles, then crashing. Can't see any way of using chat, just call function. Am starting to think I should have stuck with my gut and avoided Barclaycard!

Why not ask Barclays, likely none of us work support for Barclays and you have given us no information about your device, current OS version etc0

The only thing working for my Barclaycard Avios card is viewing transactions and seeing my Avios activity. Nothing else works that would've been offered by an app and they told me they're having issues with the app itself.
I can't view my statements, pressing the "Documents" tab crashes the app, the area above the FSCS logo is blank and shows a loading animation (probably a loading animation), the Spending section to track stuff is broken...0 -

Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing0 -

Have Android 11. Reading comments elsewhere, the app seems to be quite buggy. Was hoping to chat message Barclaycard to get some help, but no chat feature on my help screen even though Barclaycard website says it should be there. Didn't fancy a long phone call.
Will leave it a few days and see if things start working.0 -
Someone else posted in the last few weeks about the Chat option being missing for them. Don't remember seeing a resolution but I'm not on here every day so may have missed it. I suggested uninstall and reinstall but you might already have tried that?
App has always worked fine for me on Android 11 so seems to only affect some users.0 -

I have the Barclaycard app on android 12 - chat option is currently available to me. In the past I have noticed times when it isn't there, perhaps they don't always have staff available?

App 2.22.0, 2220 is the latest version on mine, I have Pixel 6 Pro running android 12 most recent build available, chat is available in the app under help and I have never had issues with the app crashing

Have had Barclaycard reward for a couple of months for Foreign travel use. I have never been able to view statements through the app.
Just states "no documents to view here yet".
There are other things I don't like about Barclaycard operations, but as its a rarely used card I'll live with it.

I used to have both the Barclaycard app and Barclays app when they first went online many, many years ago. At some point, they merged views and you could see Barclaycard as one of the accounts within the Barclays app and shortly after they suggested to delete the Barclaycard and manage the account from the Barclays app only, and to be honest I cannot remember how the Barclaycard app functioned but it was not great.
I am wondering if one could actually download the Barclays app and use it to access a Barclaycard account only?0
