    Don't rely on mail redirect.

You should instruct the DPO of the PPC and their solicitor to erase your old data and replace it with your new address for service, and to instruct all their agents to do the same.

Make sure you use the word I highlighted, and include non-photo proof of ID.

Make sure the court knows you have moved as well.

Absolutely this (ABOVE).  You CANNOT safely rely on redirecting mail when you are in the early stages of a several months long court process.  You are in danger of a default CCJ.

You will have to go to the old house and ask to pick up any mail, and do that soon.  This weekend.

All it takes is one email to get the CCBC and the Claimant (solicitor) to erase the old address from their databases and to note the new one.

    DO THAT TODAY!

Send an email to the CCBC (CCBCAQ@) and to the Claimant's Data Protection Officer (google knows his email address and it's on their privacy webpage) advising them of your new address for service.

You send the rectification notice to the DPO of the PPC, and include non-photo proof of ID. If you sent an SAR to the DPO, then that is to whom you send this notice.

You should have contact details of the solicitors on any communication they have sent to you.
