Bt were doing a new scheme for those on unniversal credit Broadband at £15.99 a month to help them but my first bill was £24.99 not £15.99 and they promised no set up fees then 6 unknown devices logged into my router manager. I said lock them out and only use the mac addresses of my devices to stop the hackers or hide my network name? BT said they couldn't? I feel very let down what does everyone else think ? It's not what they promised. I'm on unniversal credit through underlying illness
